  1. Chetan Anand Buradagunta (born July 8, 1980) is an Indian badminton player. Anand has won four national titles (in 2004, 2007, 2008, and 2010) as well as three South Asian Games men's singles titles (in 2004, 2006, and 2010). He had a best world ranking of world no. 10 in his career. Due to his ankle injury, his ranking has plummeted to 54 since October 2010. In 2006, he was awarded the Indian Arjuna Award.
  3. Anand began his badminton career in 1992 in the Mumbai Mini Nationals. In his early badminton career, he was a doubles champion, winning the 12 and 15 year age categories with A. Prithvi. At the age of fifteen, he reached his first open nationals singles final in Kerala, but he was unable to win the championship and finished second, despite winning the doubles partnership with A. Prithvi.
